J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.



2. UseJ 38185 in order to reposition the heater hose outlet clamp.
3. Disconnect the heater outlet hose (2) from the outlet pipe.



4. UseJ 38185 in order to reposition the heater core outlet hose clamp.
5. Disconnect the heater outlet hose from the heater core.
6. Remove the heater outlet hose.

1. Install the heater outlet hose.



2. Connect the heater outlet hose to the heater core.

Important: Reposition heater core hose clamps in the indicated location.

3. UseJ 38185 in order to reposition the heater core hose outlet clamp.



4. Connect the heater outlet hose (2) to the outlet pipe.
5. UseJ 38185 in order to reposition the heater hose outlet clamp.
6. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
