OWNER MANUAL PORTFOLIOS DESCRIPTION AND PROCEDURE

MODELS AFFECTED: 1989 PARK AVENUE ULTRA, RIVIERA, REATTA

The Owner's Manual for the 1989 Park Avenue Ultra is contained in a special portfolio, along with emergency keys and an Ultra key fob, ring and registration card.

Riviera and Reatta Owner's Manuals and maintenance booklets are shipped in specific portfolios. These portfolios also contain emergency keys and pens with model identification.

Each portfolio is shipped in the trunk. If one of these cars is received without a portfolio, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. It can be ordered from:

Submit a transportation claim for missing portfolios per the above listing in the following manner:

IMPORTANT: Each order carries a $4.00 fixed drop ship and handling charge as well as UPS postage charges. These charges are not to be included on the transportation claim. Credit for these charges must be submitted via a separate postage reimbursement claim (Claim Type F).
