Rear Door Weatherstrip Loose (Apply Adhesive)

Some customers may comment that the primary weatherstrip is loose on the upper rear corner of the rear doors.

1. Clean the weatherstrip and door thoroughly with denatured alcohol.



2. Apply a thin, even coat of *3M Super Weather-strip Adhesive Black to the weatherstrip and door surfaces and allow to dry.
3. Apply a second thin coat to the door surface and weatherstrip. Insert the weatherstrip onto the metal post and bond immediately.
4. Closing the door will hold the weatherstrip in place until the adhesive has set. Leave the door closed approximately 2 hours.
