  1. Install a NEW gasket onto the thermostat housing.

    2. Object Number: 1864244 Size: SH
  2. Install the thermostat housing.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1864246 Size: SH
  3. Install the thermostat housing bolts. Ensure to install the short bolts (1) and the long bolt (2) in the proper position and tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
