DOOR HANDLE SCREW CORROSION OUTSIDE HANDLE N/PART RELEASED

SUBJECT: OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE SCREW CORROSION (REPLACE SCREW)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1991 PARK AVENUE AND PARK AVENUE ULTRAS

CONDITION:

----------- Some 1991 Park Avenue/Park Avenue Ultras may exhibit corroded screws on the inboard side of the outside door handles. This condition may be noticed on either the front or rear door outside handles.

CORRECTION:

--------------- To correct this condition, a replacement screw has been released. The screw is packaged individually as part number 11515473. This part will fit both the front and rear outside door handles.

NOTICE: The painted surface behind the door handle should be masked prior to removal of the screw(s) to aid in avoiding scratching the painted surfaces.
