Disassembly Procedure
  1. Remove the upper and lower shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 324821 Size: SH
  2. Pop the wire harness assembly (4) out of the wire harness strap (5).

    3. Remove 3 wire harness straps (3) from the wire harness assembly (4).

    Remove 1 wire harness strap (2) from the upper tilt head assembly (1).

  3. Disconnect the connectors (1) of the ignition and key alarm switch assembly.

    4. Object Number: 324869 Size: SH
  4. Remove the control coded key (2) from lock module assembly (1).

    5. Object Number: 324871 Size: SH
  5. Remove the key alarm connector (1) from the lock module assembly (4).

    6. Remove the 2 tapping screws (3) from the ignition and key alarm switch assembly (2).
