  1. Disconnect the radio connector.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
  3. Measure the voltage from the radio connector terminal F1 to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 2140 (ORN).

Did you complete the repair?

Measure the voltage from the radio connector terminal F1 to terminal E16.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Repair the open in CKT 1351 (BLK/WHT).

Is the vehicle equipped with U99?

Is the voltage within the specified range?
