When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

The Buick Rainier has some significant differences from the Chevy TrailBlazer, GMC Envoy, and Oldsmobile Bravada models which are similar and built on the same platform. The most important is the Quiet Tuning which includes a Buick-only special acoustic laminated windshield and front door side glasses. The glass is dimensionally the same, so all of the attaching parts are common. Any time a customer vehicle needs to have any of these pieces of glass replaced, you need to ensure the correct parts are being installed, especially if you utilize a sublet shop for your glass work. The correct part numbers for the Buick specific glass are as follows:

Windshield part number 15126466 (will supersede part number 15172420)

Left front door glass part number 15103741

Right front door glass part number 15103742

Unfortunately 2 of these part numbers are not completely set up and finalized in the SPO system at this time. These parts are currently being supplied to fill any dealer orders on a direct ship from either the supplier or the assembly plant. Working with PARTECH will ensure your order is processed correctly until the parts ordering system is corrected and stock is available. You may need to escalate your order to SPAC level to get it filled. SPO catalog corrections are also being addressed to ensure the glass is properly identified for Buick.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
