1. Using a test light, backprobe between C201 terminal E12 and ground.
2. Depress and hold the brake pedal.

Does the test light illuminate?

Repair a poor connection or and open in circuit 17 between S205 and C201 terminal E12.

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle .
