Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the rear shelf trim. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

  3. Object Number: 415115  Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the antenna module lead from the rear window antenna.

  5. Object Number: 415099  Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the antenna module cable from the body harness antenna extension cable.
  7. Remove the tape from the antenna module leads.

  8. Object Number: 415112  Size: SH
  9. Remove the antenna module bolt.
  10. Remove the antenna module from the rear roof header.

  11. Object Number: 415106  Size: SH
  12. Disconnect the antenna module cable connectorfrom the windshield antenna.

  13. Object Number: 415102  Size: SH
  14. Remove the antenna module cable retainers from the roof inner side rail.

  15. Object Number: 415100  Size: SH
  16. Remove the antenna module ground lead bolt.
  17. Remove the antenna module ground lead from the front roof header.
  18. Gently pull the cable from behind the sunroof drain hoses along the roof inner side rail. Remove the radio antenna module.

Installation Procedure

  1. Position the radio antenna module to the vehicle. Route the cable behind the sunroof drain hoses along the roof inner side rail.

  2. Object Number: 415104  Size: SH
  3. Install the antenna module cable retainers to the roof inner side rail.

  4. Object Number: 415106  Size: SH
  5. Connect the antenna module cable connector to the windshield antenna.

  6. Object Number: 415100  Size: SH
  7. Install the antenna module ground lead to the front roof header.
  8. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  9. Install the antenna module ground lead bolt.
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the antenna module ground lead bolt to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  11. Install the antenna module to the rear roof header.
  12. Install the antenna module bolt.
  13. Tighten
    Tighten the antenna module bolt to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  14. Connect the radio antenna module cable to the body harness antenna extension cable.

  15. Object Number: 415115  Size: SH
  16. Connect the antenna module lead to the rear window antenna.

  17. Object Number: 415116  Size: SH
  18. Apply new tape to the radio antenna module leads.
  19. Install the rear shelf trim. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  20. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
