PLEASE REPLACE I/P UPPER TRIM PAD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE IN SECTION 8C OF THE SERVICE MANUAL WITH THE FOLLOWING REVISED PROCEDURE.
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT:
1. LEFT AND RIGHT WINDSHIELD GARNISH TRIM - PULL FROM TOP TO REMOVE, THERE ARE TWO RETAINERS ON BACK OF TRIM.
2. I/P UPPER TRIM PLATE, REFER TO PROCEDURE IN SECTION 8C.
3. SCREWS (4) FROM I/P UPPER TRIM PAD.
4. PULL TRIM PAD UP AND BACK TO DISENGAGE CLIPS (2) FROM RETAINERS (3).
5. ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FROM BOTTOM LEFT SIDE OF I/P UPPER TRIM PAD.
6. I/P TRIM PAD.
INSTALL OR CONNECT:
1. ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TO UPPER TRIM PAD.
2. UPPER TRIM PAD (1) TO I/P ASSEMBLY, INSERTING CLIPS (2) INTO RETAINERS (3). BE SURE THE I/P TRIM PANEL IS ALIGNED TO THE DOOR TRIM PANEL.
3. SCREWS (4).
4. I/P UPPER TRIM PLATE.
5. LEFT AND RIGHT WINDSHIELD GARNISH TRIM.
6. PULL DOOR OPENING PINCHWELD LACE OVER WINDSHIELD GARNISH MOLDING EDGE.
