Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

The following VF displays light:

    â€¢ Heater and A/C programmer
    â€¢ Instrument cluster
    â€¢ Passenger temperature control
    â€¢ Radio

Place the headlamp switch in the PARK position.

The above VF displays dim and the following interior lights light at the current dimming level:

    â€¢ Astray lamp
    â€¢ Door handle flood lamps (Buick)
    â€¢ Door switch flood lamps (Buick)
    â€¢ Fog lamp switch (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Headlamp switch (Buick)
    â€¢ Heater and A/C control
    â€¢ Instrument cluster
    â€¢ Panel dimming switch (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Passenger temperature control
    â€¢ Power mirror switch (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Power window switches (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ PRNDL lamps (Buick)
    â€¢ Radio
    â€¢ Release switch (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Seat switches (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Seat/lock switches (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Shift select switch lamp (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Steering wheel controls
    â€¢ Traction control switch (Oldsmobile)
    â€¢ Trip odometer reset switch (Buick)

Operate the dimming switch in both directions through the full range of the switch.

In one direction the lamps become dim. In the other direction the lamps become bright.
