Go to Horns System Check

1. Remove the horn relay.
2. Connect the test lamp between the horn relay connector terminal  R and terminal S.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 4

1. Inspect and repair CKT 28 for a short to ground.
2. Inspect and repair the horn switch for a short to ground.

Is the repair complete?

Replace the horn relay. Refer to Horn Relay Replacement .
