Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Oldsmobile

1. Open the rear compartment lid.



2. Remove the screws (7) from the inside rear compartment.
3. Remove the screws (6) from the inside rear wheelhouse.
4. Remove the screws (4) from the inside wheelhousing.
5. Remove the retainers (1).
6. Remove the rear bumper fascia (2) from the bumper assembly.
7. Remove the bracket (5) from the fascia (2) by removing the retainer (3).

1. Install the bracket (5) to the fascia (2) with the retainer (3).
2. Install the fascia (2) to the bumper assembly.
3. Install the license pocket lamp to the fascia (2).
4. Install the retainers (1).
5. Install the screws (4) from the inside the wheelhousing.
6. Install the screws (6) from the inside rear wheelhouse.
7. Install the screws (7) from the inside rear compartment.
8. Close the rear compartment lid.

Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Pontiac and Buick

1. Open the rear compartment lid.



2. Remove the screws from inside rear compartment.
3. Remove the screws from the inside rear wheelhouse.
4. Remove the screws from the inside wheelhousing.
5. Remove the retainers (3).
6. For Pontiacs only, remove the license pocket lamp from the fascia (4).
7. Remove the rear bumper fascia from the bumper assembly.
8. Remove the bracket from the fascia (4) by removing the retainer (3).

1. Install the bracket to the fascia (4) with the retainer (3).
2. Install the fascia to the bumper assembly.
3. Install the license pocket lamp to the fascia.
4. Install the retainers (3).
5. Install the screws from the inside the wheelhousing.
6. Install the screws from the inside rear wheelhouse.
7. Install the screws from the inside rear compartment.
8. Close the rear compartment lid.
