Door Window Replacement Front

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 384654  Size: SH
  1. Move the door window assembly (2) to the down position.
  2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove enough door water deflector in order to access the door window assembly nuts. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the door window assembly nuts (4).
  5. Lift the rear of the door window assembly. Then lift the front of the door window assembly.
  6. Remove the door window assembly (2) from the outside of the door.

  8. Remove the door window assembly sash rivet (1).
  9. Remove the door window assembly sash (4).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 384660  Size: SH
  1. Install the door window assembly sash (4).
  2. Install the door window assembly sash rivet (1).

  3. Object Number: 384654  Size: SH
  4. Install the door window assembly (2) from the outside of the door.
  5. Install the door window assembly by inserting the front of the door window assembly. Then insert the rear of the door window assembly.
  6. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  7. Install the door window assembly nuts (4).
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 10.5 N·m (93 lb in).

  9. Install the door water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  10. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .

Door Window Replacement Rear

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 384913  Size: MH
  1. Move the door window assembly (1) to the down position.
  2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove enough door water deflector in order to access the door window assembly nuts. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the door window assembly nuts.
  5. Lift the rear of the door window assembly. Then lift the front of the door window assembly.
  6. Remove the door window assembly (1) from the outside of the door.

  8. Remove the door window assembly sash rivet (1).
  9. Remove the door window assembly sash (4).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 384660  Size: SH
  1. Install the door window assembly sash (4).
  2. Install the door window assembly sash rivet (1).

  3. Object Number: 384913  Size: MH
  4. Install the door window assembly (1) from the outside of the door.
  5. Install the door window assembly by inserting the front of the door window assembly. Then insert the rear of the door window assembly.
  6. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application.
