- Operate the seat to a full-up position and approximately to a
3/4 full-forward position.
- Loosen the horizontal
actuator screws (1).
- Apply outward pressure on the horizontal actuator using a large
screwdriver. Simultaneously, energize the horizontal switch in order to move
the seat forward and backward slightly. This helps tighten the horizontal
actuator pinion gear teeth and eliminate any movement between the gear teeth.
- Tighten the actuator attaching screws (1) while maintaining
an outward pressure against the horizontal actuator.
