Rear Quarter Molding Replacement Pontiac Coupe

1. Remove the screws (4) that attach the quarter panel exterior molding (2).
2. Grasp the bottom edge of the quarter panel exterior molding (2). Pull the bottom edge outward in order to disengage the panel from the bottom of the body clips (1). Push up on the panel in order to disengage the panel from the top of the body clips.
3. Pull outward on the front of the quarter panel exterior molding in order to disengage the retainer clips from the quarter panel.
4. Remove the quarter panel exterior molding.

1. Slide the quarter panel exterior molding over the top of the body clips in order to engage the clips at the top. Push the molding inward in order to engage the bottom of the body clips.
2. Apply pressure to the quarter panel exterior molding in order to fully engage the retainer clips to the holes in the quarter panel.
3. Install the quarter panel exterior molding screws.

Rear Quarter Molding Replacement Pontiac Sedan

1. Remove the quarter panel exterior molding screws (1).
2. Remove the quarter panel exterior molding (2).

1. Remove the protective liner from the tape on the quarter panel exterior molding (2).
2. Attach the molding to the quarter panel.
3. Install the quarter panel exterior molding screws (1).

Rear Quarter Molding Replacement Buick

1. Remove the quarter panel exterior molding nut (2).
2. Remove the quarter panel exterior molding (4) by gently prying up on the front edge of the molding with a plastic tool.
3. Release the stud (3 and 5) from the hole in the quarter panel.
4. Unsnap the molding (4) from the clips (1) by gently pulling the outboard at the bottom of the quarter panel exterior molding (4).

1. Align the studs (3 and 5) to the holes in the quarter panel. Apply pressure to the seat studs (3 and 5).
2. Snap the quarter panel exterior molding (4) over the clips (1).
3. Install the quarter panel exterior molding nut (2).
