GRILLE MOLDING NOT INSTALLED NOW AVAILABLE

Models Affected: 1985 Somerset Regal Limited

Due to a parts shortage, some 1985 Somerset Regal Limited models may have been built without the grille molding. This molding is now being installed in production on Limited models beginning with serial nurmber FM408084.

If it is desired to install this niolding on a Limited mdel assembled prior to the above breakpoint, the parts required and installation instructions are as follows:

Installation Procedure

1. Remove radiator grille assembly.

2. Position the new molding in grille opening. While holding edge of molding fimly against front end panel, use it as a template and mark the center location of the eight (8) mounting holes.

DO NOT CENTER PUNCH THE HOLES AS DAMAGE WILL RESULT TO THE PLASTIC FRONT END PANEL.

3. Remove molding and drill eight (8) 7.Omm (9/32") mounting holes in front end panel.

4. Install the U-shaped nuts on front end panel and install molding using eight (8) attaching screws. Refer to illustration.

5. Reinstall the grille assembly in its original location. Be sure grille is centered in opening.
