CONSOLE ARM REST BASE COVER SHRINKAGE IN HIGH TEMPERATURES

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1985 Somerset Regal -------------------

Some materials used for the console arm rest base of some 1985 Somerset Regals may shrink when exposed to high summer temperatures. The result is a condition in which the vinyl covering pulls away from the base structure in the storage compartment area.

A material change was made in production in April, 1985.

GM Parts will stock the console arm rest base in colours through December 1985. The following part numbers and colours are available:
