1/4 WINDOW INSERT WARPAGE INSERT P/N'S LISTED

NOTICE: This Bulletin supersedes 86-10-4 dated November, 1985, for addition of part numbers. Please discard original Bulletin and replace it with this one.

The quarter window insert can be removed and installed without replacing of the quarter window. The following procedure should be used for removal and installation of the insert.

Removal and Installation

1. Tape front edge of quarter module.

2. Using a flat-bladed tool, pry insert loose (see illustration).

3. Apply 1/8" bead of urethane on quarter window (see illustration).

4. Install insert (see illustration).

5. Remove tape.
