Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 219648 Size: SH
  1. Remove the power brake booster vacuum hose.
  2. Cut through the power brake booster vacuum hose (1) at the following locations:
    3. • At both check valve connections.
    • At the power brake booster connection.
    • At the intake plenum connection.
  3. Remove the cut connections.

Installation Procedure
  1. Cut a new 3/8 in reinforced textile outer layer hose to the measured length.

    2. Object Number: 219648 Size: SH
  2. Use hose clamps to secure the new hose at the cut points (1).

    3. Important: Ensure the arrows on the check valve point toward the intake plenum.

  3. Install the power brake booster vacuum hose to the vehicle.
