Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 441133  Size: SH
  1. Remove the front ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement .
  2. Remove the traction control switch cover.

  3. Object Number: 441138  Size: SH
  4. Remove the traction control switch by depressing the tabs and pulling the switch rearward.

  5. Object Number: 441116  Size: SH
  6. Remove the hazard switch cover.

  7. Object Number: 441131  Size: SH
  8. Remove the hazard switch by depressing the tabs and pulling the switch rearward.

  9. Object Number: 441241  Size: SH
  10. Remove the fuel door switch.

  11. Object Number: 245741  Size: SH
  12. Remove the trunk switch.
  13. Remove the heated seat switches.

  14. Object Number: 245701  Size: SH
  15. Remove the radio bezel screw covers.
  16. Remove the radio bezel screws.
  17. Important: In order to aid the installation, mark the position of the switch electrical connectors before removing the connectors from the radio trim bezel.

  18. Remove the traction control and the hazard switch electrical connectors from the bezel by sliding the connectors out.
  19. Remove the following wiring connectors from the bezel:
  20. • Trunk
    • Fuel door
    • Heated seat switch
  21. Remove the ashtray electrical connector from the bezel.
  22. Remove the radio bezel from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 245701  Size: SH
  1. Install the ashtray electrical connector to the bezel.
  2. Install the following wiring connectors to the radio trim bezel:
  3. • Trunk
    • Fuel door
    • Heated seat switch
  4. Install the traction control and the hazard switch electrical connectors to the radio trim bezel by sliding the connectors into place.
  5. Install the radio bezel to the instrument panel.
  6. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  7. Install the radio bezel screws.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the radio bezel screws until fully seated but not stripped.

  9. Install the radio bezel screw covers.

  11. Install the heated seat switches to the radio trim bezel.
  12. Install the trunk switch to the radio trim bezel.
  13. Install the fuel door switch.
  14. Install the traction control switch to the radio trim bezel.

  16. Install the cover to the traction control switch.
  17. Install the hazard switch to the radio trim bezel.
  18. Install the hazard switch cover.
  19. Install the front ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement .
