- Use a DMM in order to measure the voltage between terminal 6
of the interval switch male connector (harness side)and ground.

- Locate an open or a high resistance in CKT FM99.
- Repair the open or the high resistance in CKT FM99.
- If CKT FM99 is OK, replace the windshield wiper/washer

- Disconnect the windshield wiper motor relay K8 connector.
- Use the DMM in order to measure the voltage between terminal 1
of the windshield wiper motor relay K8 connector and ground.

- Repair the fault in CKT FB1 and/or CKT FB3.
- If the CKTs are OK, replace the interval switch. Refer to

- Use the DMM in order to measure voltage by carefully backprobing
between terminal 2 of the windshield wiper motor relay K8 connector
and ground.
- The voltage at terminal 2 should pulse to B+ and then drop
to zero volts through a 25 second interval.
