Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 439246 Size: SH
  1. Insert a screwdriver or dime into the slot on the battery access cover on the back of the transmitter.

    2. Object Number: 439247 Size: SH
  2. Turn counterclockwise to remove the transmitter rear cover.
  3. Remove the battery.

Installation Procedure

    Important: Use the proper battery size or damage to the transmitter may result.

  1. Install a GM P/N 90541381 battery type or equivalent.

    2. Object Number: 439247 Size: SH
  2. Install the transmitter rear cover.
  3. Inspect the transmitter operation.
