Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the right front wheelhouse panel liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
2. Drain the washer solvent into a suitable clean container.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer solvent level sensor.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector at the windshield washer pump.

Tip
Disconnect the hose from the windshield washer pump spout and drain washer solvent into a suitable clean container.

Nuts, Windshield Washer Solvent Container (Qty: 3)

Tip
Transfer the cap and lower mounting bracket to the new washer solvent container.

Tighten
6 N·m (53 lb in)
