The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
SERVICE SUSPENSION message is displayed. DTC C0711 Level Control Air Pressure Sensor Circuit is stored.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Program the Air Suspension Control Module (ASCM) with the most current calibration. An issue has been identified in the software that may cause the DTC to set when a fault is not present.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
