1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Install the scan tool.
3. Turn ON the ignition.
4. Attempt to establish communication with the memory mirror module (MMM).

Does the scan tool communicate with the MMM?

Select Display MMM DTC function with the scan tool.

Are any DTCs stored?

Is the customer complaint with the power mirrors?
