  1. Disconnect the heated seat control module connector C1.
  2. Connect a J 39200 digital multimeter (DMM) from the heated seat relay module connector C1 cavity D (ORN) to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  2. Connect a DMM from the heated seat relay module connector cavity D (ORN) to cavity F (BLK).

Is the voltage within the specified range?

  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  3. Connect a DMM from the heated seat switch connector cavity D (BRN) to ground.

850-1150 ohms
