Disconnect the hazard switch

Are the hazard lamps on?

Go to Step 3

Test the hazard input circuit for a short to ground. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Inspect for poor connections at the turn/hazard flasher module. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Replace the turn/hazard flasher module. Refer to Hazard and Turn Signal Flasher Replacement

Did you complete the replacement?
