Did you perform the Lighting Systems Diagnostic System Check?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  2. Disconnect the turn/hazard switch C202.
  3. Check for voltage between C202 terminal A17 and ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15V

Go to Step 3

Measure resistance from LH cornering lamp terminal G to ground.

Is the resistance within the specified range?

0-5 ohms

Go to Step 4

Connect a fused jumper from C202 terminal A16 to power.

Does the LH cornering lamp illuminate?

Measure resistance from RH cornering lamp terminal G to ground.

Is the resistance within the specified range?

0-5 ohms

Connect a fused jumper from C202 terminal A15 to power.

Does the RH cornering lamp illuminate?

Replace the turn/hazard switch. Refer to Multifunction, Turn Signal, and Hazard Switch Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column-Tilt.

Is the turn/hazard switch replacement complete?

Repair the open in CKT 241 (BRN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Repair open in circuit 58 (ORN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Repair open in circuit 57(ORN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Repair open in circuit 750 (BLK) between LH cornering lamp terminal G and G101. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
