Tools Required

J 37097-A Heater Hose Clamp Tool

1. Drain the coolant system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.



2. Using theJ 37097-A , remove the heater hose clamps from the heater core.
3. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.
4. Using theJ 37097-A , remove the heater hose clamps from the engine.
5. Disconnect the heater hoses from the engine.
6. Remove the heater hoses.

1. Install the heater hoses to the heater core.
2. Using theJ 37097-A , install the heater hose clamps to the heater core.
3. Install the heater hoses to the engine.
4. Using theJ 37097-A , install the heater hose clamps to the engine.
5. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
