DIFF. TO INSTALL WIRE W/COVERS

SUBJECT: DIFFICULT-TO-INSTALL WIRE WHEEL COVERS

MODELS AFFECTED: 1991 BROUGHAMS

Some 1991 Broughams may experience a condition of difficult-to-install wire wheel covers. This condition may be caused by the retainer bracket stud(s) being too short. To repair this condition replace the retainer bracket stud(s) with P/N 3528986 which has a longer stud. For warranty purposes use Labor Operation E0022 or E0023 at .3 hour for any one or two brackets. Use Labor Operation E0027 at .4 hour for all four brackets. Parts are currently available from GMSPO.
