WIRE WHEEL COVER FIT (RATTLES) NEW DESIGN WHEEL COVERS

SUBJECT: WIRE WHEEL COVER FIT (REPLACE WHEEL COVERS-WHICH INCORPORATES RUBBER INSULATOR)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1991 'D' MODEL

Some 1991 Broughams (built between VIN sequence numbers 710000 and 713300) may experience an objectionable gap between the wheel trim flange and the wheel cover. This condition may be caused by a poor fit between the wheel cover anti-rotation clips and the wheel.

To repair this condition replace the wheel covers with P/N 10172916 which incorporates a rubber insulator. The centre medallions are to be transferred from the original car.
