NYLON WHEEL WEIGHTS- PART NUMBERS / INSTALLATION

MODELS AFFECTED: 1985-1987 FWD DE VILLES AND FLEETWOODS, 1979-1987 ELDORADOS, 1980-1987 SEVILLES, AND 1982-1987 CIMARRONS

Vehicles equipped with aluminum wheets may exhibit a condition of corrosion around some wheel weights. Wheel corrosion can be repaired using the procedure outlined in Serviceman Bulletin T-87-4. Additionally, a new style wheel weight is available to prevent this condition. The new weight is nylon coated and is available from GMWDD using the part numbers listed below.
