4.6 LH2 Engine - 02 Sensor DTC P0030 P0036 P0050 P0056 P0138 P0151 - kw appearance driveability MIL SES wire

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

04 4.6 LH2 02 Sensor DTC P0030 P0036 P0050 P0056 P0138 P0151 Service Engine Soon light on with or without driveability symptoms.

After performing normal diagnosis and the SES light is still on with possible DTCs of P0030, P0036, P0050, P0056, P0138, P0151, check the 02 sensor wiring harness located underneath the transmission cowl. Some O2 sensor wiring harnesses have been found to be chaffing on the cowl or the transmission shift linkage causing the DTCs.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance. This diagnostic approach was developed for the vehicle with the VIN you entered and should not be automatically be used for other vehicles with similar symptoms.
