When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

Cases of high mount stop lamp bezel coming loose and contacting the roof, when the liftgate is opened, have been contained as of VIN 40173887. Service repair procedures are available in Advance Service Bulletin 04-08-42-005 under labor operation B9718. Damage to the rear edge of the roof, or the Ultra View rear cover panel should be repaired and the additional amount submitted in Other Labor Hours, Net, or Parts as appropriate.
