Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 334506 Size: SH
  1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls.
  3. Disconnect the surge tank outlet hose from the engine.

    4. Object Number: 130763 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the surge tank outlet hose from the surge tank (2).
  5. Remove the surge tank outlet hose from vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 130763 Size: SH
  1. Connect the surge tank outlet hose to the surge tank (2).

    2. Object Number: 334506 Size: SH
  2. Connect the surge tank outlet to the engine.
  3. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls.
  4. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
