The power steering pressure hose is touching other parts of the vehicle grounded.

Relocate the power steering pressure hose.

The tie rod ends are loose.

Inspect and tighten as required. Refer to Fitting Tightening Specifications .

The rack and pinion gear attachment is loose.

Inspect and tighten as required. Refer to Fitting Tightening Specifications .

The tie rods are contacting air baffles or underbody components.

Inspect the underbody and repair as needed.

The rack and pinion gear rack bearing preload is below minimum specifications.

Inspect and adjust accordingly. Refer to Fitting Tightening Specifications .
