Tools Required

1. Disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector.
2. Remove the three wiper motor screws.
3. Move the wiper arms 153-204 mm (6-8 in) up the windshield from the park position.
4. Pull the wiper motor away from the vehicle.



5. Disconnect the transmission drive link from the wiper motor crank arm using the J 39232 .
6. Remove the wiper motor from ther vehicle.

1. Move the wiper arms 153-204 mm (6-8 in) up the windshield from the park position.
2. Connect the transmission drive link to the wiper motor crank arm using the J 39529 .



3. Install the wiper motor onto the vehicle with three screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

4. Connect the electrical connector to the wiper motor.
