Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 291175 Size: SH
  1. Remove the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove the DIM module from bracket.
  3. Remove the rear two DIM module bracket screws.
  4. Reposition the DIM module bracket to gain access to the air inlet actuator.

    5. Object Number: 292142 Size: SH
  5. Remove the air inlet actuator retaining screws (1).
  6. Remove the electrical connector from the air inlet actuator.

    7. Object Number: 292146 Size: SH
  7. Remove the air inlet actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 292146 Size: SH
  1. Install the air inlet actuator.

    2. Object Number: 292142 Size: SH
  2. Install the electrical connector to the air inlet actuator.
  3. Install the air inlet retaining screws (1).

    4. Object Number: 291175 Size: SH
  4. Position the DIM module bracket to its original position.
  5. Install the rear two DIM module bracket retaining screws.
  6. Install the DIM module to the bracket.
  7. Install the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
