Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 287711 Size: SH
  1. Remove left sound insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove electrical connector from module.
  3. Move bottom of module (3) towards brake pedal first and then slide down from bracket (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 141857 Size: SH
  1. Slide module (2) up into bracket (1) until bottom clears bracket and sits flush in bracket.
  2. Install electrical connector.
  3. Install the left sound insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.
  4. If the pass-key III module is being replaced. Refer to PASSLOCK Reprogramming Auto Learn .
