    Important: Correct adjustment cannot be achieved if the glass panel is closed from the vent position.

  1. Cycle the sunroof glass panel from the full open to closed position.

  2. Object Number: 468350  Size: SH
  3. Loosen the 4 adjusting fasteners (1). There are 2 adjusting fasteners on each side of the sunroof glass panel.

  4. Object Number: 468352  Size: SH
  5. Adjust the front of the sunroof glass panel (2) from flush to 1 mm  (0.04 in) (1) below the top surface of the roof panel (3).

  6. Object Number: 468351  Size: SH
  7. Adjust the rear of the sunroof glass panel (2) from flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) (1) above the top surface of the roof panel (3).
  8. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  9. Tighten the sunroof glass panel adjustment fasteners.
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the sunroof glass panel adjustment fasteners to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  11. Cycle the sunroof glass panel through all of the positions.
  12. Recheck the sunroof glass panel adjustment.
  13. Readjust the sunroof glass panel if necessary.
