Did you perform the Lighting Systems Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

1. Disconnect the vanity lamp connector.
2. Place the interior lamp switch in the ON position.
3. Connect a DMM from the vanity lamp connector cavity B (DK BLU/WHT) to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 5

Connect a DMM from the vanity lamp connector cavity B (DK BLU/WHT) to cavity A (BLK).

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 6

Replace the inoperative vanity lamp. Refer to Vanity Mirror Lamp Replacement .

Is the vanity lamp replacement complete?

Go to Step 7

Repair the open in CKT 149 (DK BLU/WHT) between C310 and the inoperative vanity lamp. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

Go to Step 7

Repair the open in CKT 850 (BLK) between C310 and the inoperative vanity lamp. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

--

Go to Step 7

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

--

System OK.
