Did you perform the Lighting System Diagnostic System Check?

1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
2. Backprobe the turn signal switch connector C202 with a DMM from cavity B4 (YEL) to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 6

1. Move the turn signal switch to the right turn position.
2. Backprobe the turn signal switch connector C202 with a DMM from cavity B6 (BLK) to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

1. Move the turn signal switch to the left turn position.
2. Backprobe the turn signal switch connector C202 with a DMM from cavity B5 (ORN) to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 9

Go to Step 5

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column-Tilt.

Is the turn signal switch replacement complete?

Go to Step 10

Backprobe the rear fuse block connector C1 with a DMM from cavity A7 (YEL) to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 8

Go to Step 7

Replace the rear fuse block. Refer to Rear Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement in Wiring Systems.

Is the rear fuse block replacement complete?

Go to Step 10

Repair the open in CKT 32 (YEL) between the rear fuse block and the turn signal switch. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

Go to Step 10

Repair the open in CKT 1050 (BLK) between the underhood fuse block and ground G401. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the circuit repair complete?

Go to Step 10

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

System OK.
