Go to Symptoms - Ultrasonic Rear Parking Assist

1. Drive the vehicle forward at least 24 km/hr (15 mph).
2. Stop the vehicle.
3. Turn OFF the ignition.
4. Turn ON the ignition, then shift into REVERSE within five seconds.
5. Observe the information center telltale assembly. The three indicators (one red, two yellow) should flash simultaneously for 1.5 seconds (bulb check), then turn off.
6. Continue to observe the telltale assembly. All indicators should be off.

Inspect the information center telltale assembly connector for poor connections. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Inspect the rear object sensor control module connector for poor connections. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Replace the information center telltale assembly. Refer to Information Center Telltale Assembly Replacement .
