Ignition positive voltage is provided from the IGN1 fuse to the rear object sensor control module on CKT 1039. The module is grounded on CKT 1050 to ground G401. The vehicle speed signal is provided to the module on CKT 817.

When the vehicle is shifted into REVERSE, the rear integration module (RIM) REVERSE relay output control grounds CKT 646, energizing the REVERSE relay coil. The relay contacts close and provide the reverse relay input signal to the rear object senor control module, as well as to the backup lights.

The module monitors the objects behind the vehicle via four object sensors mounted in the bumper facia. The sensors have a common signal feed CKT 2374 and a common signal return CKT 2379 to the control module.

Four circuits, CKT 2376, CKT 2375, CKT 2377 and CKT 2378 provide sensor status to the control module.

The module processes the rear park assist signals and displays the result via four circuits CKT 2370, CKT 2371, CKT 2372 and CKT 2373 to the indicators of the information center telltale assembly.
