When the fuel door release switch is pressed, ground is applied on CKT 1447 (PNK/WHT) at terminal D6 connector C1 of the instrument panel integration module (IPM). The IPM sends a message via the Class 2 data line to the rear integration module (RIM). The RIM applies ground to CKT 93 (WHT). With the valet switch in the OFF position, voltage is applied from the ALDL fuse through the F/TNKDR relay coil. The relay energizes; the relay contacts close and apply voltage from the BODY fuse to the fuel door release actuator. The actuator is connected to ground G402 via CKT 850 (BLK).
