When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

The speakers may make a boom sound after you have locked the car and everything has gone to sleep. With the Tech 2 on message monitor and the amp is not waking up.

Recommend replacement of the amp as per Document ID number 1326722. There is not a set up procedure with the Tech 2 for this amp and model vehicle. Replace the radio amp to repair after performing proper diagnostics.
