Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the right front fascia closeout panel. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Lower Close Out Panel Replacement .

  3. Object Number: 1715297  Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the radiator to auxiliary transmission oil cooler (TOC) line from the auxiliary TOC. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  5. Remove the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the auxiliary TOC.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Remove the upper radiator support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .

  8. Object Number: 1715314  Size: SH
  9. Disconnect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  10. Remove the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the radiator.
  11. Remove the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 1715314  Size: SH
  1. Install the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  3. Install the upper radiator support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
  4. Raise the vehicle.
  5. Install the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the auxiliary TOC.

  6. Object Number: 1715297  Size: SH
  7. Connect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the auxiliary TOC. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  8. Install the right front fascia closeout panel. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Lower Close Out Panel Replacement .
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Fill the transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure .
