Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1949740 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement.
  2. Remove air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement.
  3. Remove the air cleaner to chassis retaining bolts (1).
  4. Remove the air cleaner assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1949740 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the air cleaner to chassis retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N·m (78 lb in).
  3. Install the air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement.
  4. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement.
